Pros
Meridian builds custom fabricated and standard storage units for Agriculture and Industrial needs. It is a decent place of work. Some fun events and majority of people are good to work with. Good environment for people to grow a career and develop early skills for the future. Benefits package was very extensive and helpful for general life.
Cons
Not very "modern". Using old systems and old equipment that does not keep with the times. Can be hard to communicate and share information across entire company. Each branch operates as an individual entity, similar to a franchise model. Pay scale can be limited, especially for production staff, and qualified office staff. In terms of performance, they value 'push' quantity over a well organized lean manufacturing system. This can hinder any potential improvements or progress for the future.
