      Pros

      Competitive pay and solid benefits package. Company culture was one of the best I’ve experienced — supportive, respectful, and rooted in traditional values. Worked with genuinely great people who cared about doing a good job and helping each other succeed. Leadership fostered a strong sense of community and integrity.

      Cons

      Limited opportunities for career advancement at the time, especially if you were based outside the main office. Some office politics existed in certain locations, though not widespread.
