Pros
Good benefits, fun contests, involved in the community.
Cons
After spending a couple of years working here, I quickly realized that if you are not part of the "clique" that you will be bullied and left out. If you don't confom you will be targeted. Management picks favorites often hanging out with their favourites in their offices or making plans outside of work when you really should be working, the office politics are horrendous, and you may as well forget about talking to the senior management team or Human Resources because they will all ignore any concerns or matters brought to their attention. Managment are probably some of the worst bullies of all. Managers will favourite their friends (so many conflicts of interests going on) and watch out if you are on the outside, this is worse then highschool. Absolutely no room from growth. They have a very high turn over rate, and don't be fooled by the positive reviews because employees have been paid and given giftcards to leave positive feedback. High expectations of you will little acknowledgment to anything, they just want more more more.. If you want to work in a place where the pay isn't great, you have little training and next to no support from your colleagues and management, you have no voice as an employee, want to be taken advantage of, apply here.
