      Pros

      onfield experience and the opportunity to travel to different parts of the world. Engineers are pretty experienced and can learn a lot from them

      Cons

      Management is worse, how they treat their employees are really bad. you have to work under pressure. Micromanagement in every project

      Flexible company to work for with good culture

      Pros

      -most work is remote and enables a good work life balance and flexibility -people are very helpful and willing to assist -no micromanagement

      Cons

      -if you like to work with people in person I would not recommend because the office is very quiet -work is international so it can be hard to get deliverables out of global teams if workload is high -teams are decentralized
