Hourly wages were good, non-management staff were generally good people.
Cons
Poor treatment of those who were not "full time", huge divide between part time and full time staff. Refused time off to go to a family members funeral and told that only full time staff are allowed what is a given under employment laws Hours taken away at random with no explanation and given to other staff No benefits for part time staff or education support
