      Pros

      Hourly wages were good, non-management staff were generally good people.

      Cons

      Poor treatment of those who were not "full time", huge divide between part time and full time staff. Refused time off to go to a family members funeral and told that only full time staff are allowed what is a given under employment laws Hours taken away at random with no explanation and given to other staff No benefits for part time staff or education support

      Shift Flexibility, close to subway, supportive teammates, some learning, good entry level job in mental health and addiction

      Great opportunity to meet some life long friends

      Cons

      No full time jobs. No chance for permanent full time employment. Claims due to budget cuts from the gov't, however always posting for more supervisors/co-ordinators/managers. part time employees always at the bottom of the ladder, even though they work harder than most full time workers.
