      Great base salary. Chance to work from home after probation. Free coffee and water. There is lunch area. Diverse and multi-cultural. With great base salary, comes low incentives.

      Cons

      What used to be the culture of the company (as many tenure consultants say) is no longer the same as today: > First of all, POWER HARASSMENT. Be sure to make thorough researches and also make connections with currently working individuals to the company to hear of the company's culture. * friendly advice, when you exit, make sure to fill it on the form and not just mention "exit out of my own accord"
