Pros

- Mindshare-focused training events - Big clients to pad your resume - Open and friendly workplace - Extended summer weekends - Birthdays are an extra day off that does not count from your vacation days - Event invitations hosted by prominent media companies - Beer-cart Fridays - A foot in the door in the Media industry for newcomers - Able to move within the company and sister companies

Cons

- Upper management most likely does not care about you as their main priority and focus is what is best for them (sometimes not even their own client) - Extremely long hours without paid overtime - No clear job expectations set from when the job started making the workload and team expectations almost unpredictable - Issues that are only brought up during annual reviews will most likely never be raised the instant it happens, creating a passive-aggressive environment and a perpetual circle of blame without any accountability from anybody - General training on Mindshare tools and processes are less than inadequate and any knowledge you do not know is usually met with "I don't know" from upper management. This will lead you down a rabbit-hole of finding someone else who is more knowledgeable (and hopefully free enough) to teach you these technical skills

Pros

Big client's for your portfolio Nice office Fair compensation and benefits Access to great resources for learning

Cons

Poor onboarding process Efforts are not recognized(especially on entry-level). No regular feedback for new employees. If you are on probation, you better be perfect. Do not fall for the management emails like "we are here for you". They only care about the clients. You are better off working in a small agency if you want to learn and improve. No extensive training or support for new employees.
