Modern Cleaning Concept reviews

Unfair work load.You don't have needed supplies to your job properly.Boss will move you around to differant locations when you are suppose to stay at one location permanently. Very little comnunication with boss.Boss skims your pay.Your complaints go no where.Sometimes you work alone.You can't call Modern to complain,they will not help you.Your franchisee will ignore ,cheat,avoid you at all costs.He wants to keep his money in his pocket not yours.Double standards.

A few things I disliked about working with this contract are. -You didn't see the manager at the work location. Not only that but we didn't get praised for the hard work we completed -Most of the time you go into work and there's no proper tools to work with. Most of the time supplies or tools are broken so you're not able to complete job tasks properly -The amount of work hours that were completed while working on your shift you don't get paid the proper amount
