Pros

Amazing projects, amazing people, great atmosphere for work, laid back, very casual, dog friendly. Everyone at MF is excellent at what they do. It can be intimidating at times, but overall highly stimulating and motivating. The company's values are great and everyone lives by them as soon as they join.

Cons

Extremely long hours, very demanding, lots of admin, sucks all physical and mental energy. Nearly impossible to have a healthy life/work balance. The more you give, the more they'll ask from you.

free coffee, Cathkitchen,no dress code very casual,

Cons

unorganized, low wages, overworked employees, ALLOT of unpaid overtime, Middle management keep inventing irrelevant position for themselves and there inner circle, everyone looks miserable at there job in all departments, and much more basically stay away from working there unless you want to end up depressed and miserable.

Cons

- Management and Employees who have been there for a long time sometimes look down on newcomers - Low salaries - Use freelancers extensively - Lots of overqualified people WILL fight over a tiny bit of responsibility
