Poorly trained management with no educational background. Very negative treatment of employees by management. Employees barely have any rights. No 10-15 breaks given to employees. Company forces employees to pressure sell the Mondou brand (Vet Diet) to clients even if the nutritional needs of the dog/cat are not right for the food. Recently, in Laval/North-Shore, Mondou has forced employees to pressure sell electroshock collars to dog owners even if other non-invasive products better suit the need. the schedule is made available to employees 24-hours before the week starts. Part-timers are forced to give several weeknights and two weekend days of availability and there is no consistency in the scheduling. The company has "Mystery clients" that come in twice a month, if you don't manage to sell them the Vet Diet brand of food, they take down your name and you get a warning.
