Pros

You will get lots of experience as typical of most architect firms, they want to keep margins thin (less people doing more work = more profit). This can be overwhelming but is a good learning experience on time management and working at high pressure. Remote working environment is good for flexibility in hours. Annual education reimbursement of up to $1K

Cons

Advancement opportunities seem slim. Performance reviews are not truly performance reviews based on salary merit increases. They feel more like check ins and that’s it. Bonuses only get paid out to Associate level and above. For the contract admin field, there could be better supports for document control software so we can focus on doing our job (not just document control)
