      Great employee perks but poor management and pay

      Pros

      - 40% off food for u and 5 of ur friends, only when ur not on shift - free meal every shift - nandos host parties twice a year, halloween party and christmas party, 5 drinks free per person, they hire out a whole club for just employees

      Cons

      - managers suck, rude, no work life balance, expect ur whole life to be nandos - little pay for the amount of work u do especially boh staff - floor staff just clear tables and serve customers and on same pay as boh who cook, clean and do a lot of extra work - no fairness between boh and foh staff - work in the heat all day on the grills, no air con, no fan, nothing to cool you down - management lazy
