Pros

Good company benefits, accessible, good departments besides the QA department.

Cons

Favouritism is the only single way to get promoted in the department. Department leadership is completely toxic and unprofessional, and completely unresponsive. Forces people to quit or step down. Everyone is walking on eggshells in that department. No one is safe! Promotions in the department or interdepartmental are IMPOSSIBLE! Qa leadership won't let you grow. Oh and did I mention favouritism? People DO get yelled at for making mistakes, and mistakes are made because of the excess workload and high turnover. Will not take the time to train or educate they just report you to hr! Micromanagement at all levels happens in the QA department! Extremely brutal

Pros

Flexible schedule Good benefits (insurance PSA HSA)

Cons

Project execution is extremely challenging due to very limited flexibility in decision-making capacity. There is a strong expectation to deliver outcomes that are often not realistically achievable, while projects are frequently rejected rather than enabled. Access to company information is highly restricted, which further complicates effective project delivery. The role itself is highly demanding and requires a significant level of resilience and patience. While there is a strong emphasis on efficiency and cost optimization, the organization places constraints on the available resources and options needed to achieve these objectives. Legacy systems are significantly outdated, creating substantial barriers to operational efficiency. Management shows limited openness to continuous improvement input. Management aware of ongoing internal conflict however, there is limited evidence of proactive intervention or effective measures being taken to address these issues. As a result, employees are not consistently provided with the resources, support, or organizational alignment required to perform their roles effectively. The environment is characterized by high pressure and a fast-paced rhythm, with minimal cross-functional collaboration. Compensation is not poor; however, it is not competitive when compared to the level of responsibility, workload, and expectations associated with the role
