Pros

The camp and food are decent, good people to work with. Company honestly seems to be trying to go in right direction. Steady and no shortage of work

Cons

Management and mine are in utter disorganized chaos, every day seems like day one, every job seems like its being approached for the first time. If you just take it day to day and just try to focus on your own task it's ok. No bonuses, below average pay for a mine.

Pros

Averagely good pay. Two weeks FIFO schedule allows keeping a good work/life balance. Possible to climb the career ladder up fast, even with lack of technical skills. You just need to know when stay silent, and when start waving the "flag". Good values anounced. The nearly perfect model of Socialism, if you are up to this model, it is your place to be.

Cons

An shallow level of personal responsibility, that makes it possible stay on float as a decision maker and in leadership role even if you have a lack of technical skills as long as you follow "narratives and lines" of senior management. It is a very beneficial habitat for the average, low-skilled staff, primarily parasitic. Therefore, this managment strategy is very demotivating for active people with skill sets. Lack of real motivators for employees below senior leadership role (anybody below General Foreman). No performance bonuses, no differential on quilification and experience level for the same level employees, no $/value motivators. Annual reviews are formal"joke". Poor senior management judgement and connections with field level employees, appearing that people in the field are just small "numbers" and consumers, not the one who makes a profit for the company. Good values announced, but not followed. It appears to be just a modern hype, and following trends of modern politics of "Diversity and Inclusion."
