      Pros

      Perhaps good for recent grads to get their feet wet. A few very good management and upper management to work with (unfortunately that's the exception, not the rule) close to subway

      Cons

      You know something is wrong when your stock is on forever spiraling down (check stock history) Don't promote from within Tons of (better) management have left over the years after frustration with company Current middle management thinks they know everything. Might try to pretend to be open, but are actually closed to suggestions, improvements. Certain people do very little and just cost the company money - why are they still employed..?

      Sounds like you have one foot outside the door. If you are willing lets talk about how to re-engage you. There are currently several opportunities for employee involvement e.g. hackathon this week, Jedi council, etc. If you feel you have a solid business case for something I invite you to tell your manager or if that doesn't work then use skip management. Given our pivot into corporate banking and capital markets, 20% growth last year and recent spin off of our Health business, there has been lots of new opportunities in our Finance business. In fact 1 out of 4 employees last year took on new roles.

      CEO Payes and forces Employess to Write Positive Reviews

      Pros

      -Location: Central Toronto, Subway, Go bus access, Access to 401, Food Court, and Gym

      Cons

      If you are planning to work there - than be prepared to hear screaming and fault language all day and deal with a bulling culture. Every thing is micro managed by CEO. They don't have WSIB and proper HR procedures, since all HR concerns get's escalated to CEO. Most talents have left or actively looking to leave. The stock is falling and the CEO aggressive stock purchase is slowing the drop. CEO forces employees to log positive reviews here to increase his rating ( I was personally asked by him when I was a employee there to do this).

      At no point has our CEO ever asked others to write reviews or paid them. This comment is 100% inaccurate. As the HR Director I have encouraged our front line managers to write a review. A few have done so. There is no pressure to do this. Its totally voluntary with no incentive provided.

      This is the worst workplace culture I have ever experienced.

      Pros

      Good location. Probably a good place for young engineers to get their first work experience, but you wouldn't want to stay here because of the culture of bullying.

      Cons

      Starting at the top, the management is awful. They yell and swear every day. They bully anyone who speaks up. You have to be strong to handle it. Get your experience and get out. No one should have to face this aggression every day.
