Like others say, immediate co-workers. Not much else. The moral is at an all time low - people are extremely dissatisfied.
Cons
Things are like a train wreck here. What was once a reputable company with many skilled and knowledgeable people has become a sad shadow of its former self- there is a shell on the outside but the yolk is lacking. And that shell is gradually eroding to expose the dismal reality of how the company has changed from a company, whose employees were proud to work for, into something that epitomizes a repressive autocratic environment that rewards incompetence at the level of upper management while making life intolerable for those that drive the company. The disconnect between reality and expectations is absurd and the misguided strategy very troubling – it is not working, yet the company continues to say it is. As mentioned in other reviews, all the talent is leaving in droves. Unfortunately what is replacing it, does not fill the gaps. Do not believe a word they say about talent acquisition– it only exists in their minds. Simply a big glorified campaign accentuated with annoying buzz words. Many believe that it is just a matter of time before the cracks in the foundation become more apparent to the public eye.
