      Pros

      Pay is fairly good and benefits are good.

      Cons

      No room to grow. Very frustrating for someone that wants improve themselves. Management needs work. Too much favoritism.

      Flexibility. Somewhat good pay. Not industry competitive tho

      Cons

      Not enough hours for the drivers but always hiring more drivers. Not willing to give any overtime.

      Pros

      Great flexibility for a young family, great co-workers, good benefits and pension. I like being able to decide my benefit coverage each year.

      Cons

      Sales people seem to be paid very well but the staff that produce the feed for them to sell aren't; we basically are just lining the pockets of the sales staff when we perform well. The same position with a similar company close by our plant pays almost $40,000 more per year.
