Pros

There are no pros. With these guys your career won't go anywhere. Nothing gets done here. I would be sceptical about this organization and continue looking if you're looking to work for them.

Cons

This company should be audited by the government. They are owned by Unilever so that they can play games with the general public and the government. Your career won't go anywhere with these guys. They should just stop whatever they are doing altogether as it is not doing any good.

Pros

Working from home is the only thing I can think of.

Cons

Leadership team was aggressive, disorganized, passive aggressive, that contributed to a very toxic environment. They sounded like they have a script to say the right things, but the attitude speaks louder and is totally the opposite. Also very hierarchical.

Cons

Toxic culture- zero peer respect. Management does not care about employee growth or improvement. Work-life balance non existent.
