Pros

They pay you twice a month.

Cons

You will be required to work late hours, weekends, and on vacation days. Their motto is basically "The workday does not end at 5pm." They have agency meetings which employees can submit comments anonymously and they have all been negative in regards to the working conditions which should have been a red flag when I joined two years ago pre-pandemic.

Pros

good location, ability to work from home twice a month, extra days of every long weekend, blue chip accounts

Cons

total sweatshop where staff are over worked due to low balling agency compensation in order to win clients, top senior staff are clueless and the building is literally falling apart. horrible seating plans and inexperienced account directors. HR department is good.

Pros

Great clients to put on your resume

Cons

Low Salary They want you to be like a machine No lunch break, no break, no life The experience may vary according to the team and the client you work with. To be clear, with OMD your work in an agency without the spirit of an agency. It`s Investment Banking without the salary.
