Pros

Competitive pay. Great benefits. A few nice people.

Cons

A total "boy's club"; there is very little respect for the women in the company. It's a "sink or swim" environment. Gossipy high school culture; you will find out your coworker's secrets without even needing to ask. Management doesn't care about you unless you are in the "inner circle" (aka friends of the family). People can be fired without warning; they do not offer feedback prior to making this decision. Executives are almost always in a bad mood and extremely hard to talk to.
