      Managers do a wide variety of tasks from management to process, finance, HR, recruitment, etc.

      Cons

      Most of the learning, especially for new managers, is one your own. The training program is getting better but managers have a very large scope of duties which is a con because it is a lot but a pro because you learn many things you wouldn’t otherwise be challenged with.
