Pros

Fair pay in the home country Non-confrontational management styles RRSP match Bonus structure for management, although this is also a Con in someways

Cons

Bureaucracy - it's very difficult to resolve issues when issues cross functional department divides. Each department gatekeeps when they are willing to work on due to lack of resources. Clients could wait hours, days, months on solutions depending on availability of cross functional teams. Lack of customer focus - while executive management preaches customer focus, their actions speak differently. The goal seems to be to provide just enough support to keep clients from leaving rather than providing a best-in-class support mechanism. Twice yearly layoff cycles keep staff on edge and de-motivated. Career Advancement is slow and is not generally performance based.

Pros

They are all gone. Starting salary maybe?

Cons

No more remote work. Many layoffs. Miserly raises.
