Pros

No pros at all whatsoever

Cons

If your company is unlucky enough to be acquired by OpenText your job security is in jeopardy. They preach a work life balance but in all reality that is the farthest from the truth. They will openly lie to you about how important you are to them and then pull the rug out beneath your feet. They laid off 1600 people but in the same paragraph they said they are going to re-hire 1000 of those positions in India. Your job at OpenText is not safe at all. Their HR is a complete joke as is their executive team. They also make record profits every year but have no issues upending your life in a negative way. They will also force management to purposely mark employees yearly performances as "needs improvement" so they can lay you off. STAY FAR AWAY FROM OPENTEXT.
