Pros

The company is doing well at acquiring other sites, that is their focus.

Cons

Their focus is on making more money through growth and extremely overworking their employees, which they sell as opportunity. Their sales tactic is amazing but they are not true to their words, this is an incredibly dysfunctional corporate culture.

The residents and staff are great.

Cons

Your hired as a cook but the company expects you to be responsible for the residents, if anyone should happen to be in distress or need of an ambulance it is your responsibility to look after that. There are many other reasons to not work for this company, too many to list!
