Pros

Big potential to have a huge impact on the industry. Was a lot of fun and a very fulfilling place... for a while.

Cons

Only a handful of people are really passionate about cannabis, the entire exec is solely profit driven and built the company on the backs of people who do understand cannabis. Now that the company is hemorrhaging and casting off good people, it’s a shell of what it used to be. There was so much potential. A scrappy, easy coast company whose reputation was damaged severely then restored by good, trustworthy people that made others believe in the company again. Now, it’s a soulless Toronto corporation devoid of culture and only exists to make money for the exec and shareholders. It’s in serious trouble and obliterated the strongest thing holding it together - it’s sense of pride, accountability and community.
