management, management management. Orica is constantly chipping away at all of the things that made people want to work for the companies that it has consumed. management is self centered and will stop at nothing to improve the bottom line. taking from employees has become a favorite pastime of management. no rewards for loyalty or hard work. employees are laid off easily. management will try to force employees into crappy positions. expect them to bear the expenses to move to them. buys generic equipment without regard to the environments that they work in.
