Pros
Management is friendly. CEO is enthusiastic. There is opportunity for interaction and collaboration on project work.
Cons
CEO is occasionally harsh during interactions with employees. The company has difficulty achieving a viable profitable business plan. The business enablement is understaffed and some aspects of support are unavailable or long delayed. Visibility on project status is hard to get in a timely manner.

Hard to work with management and supervisors, they have no respect and appreciation for technicians and workshop except mechanical engineer, on and off lay offs, small company even after 40 years, not impressive growth at all
