      Pros

      Small size company allows you to get hands on experience in full software development cycle, short approval times allow very dynamic pace, you can literally see the impact of your decisions and actions in production right away, very well structured and with personal touch and lead-by-exampe management

      Cons

      Due to the fast paced market the work load can become challenging, it's not the place to sit on your hands, you have to be productive and active all the time

      None, you will be never benefited working here.

      Cons

      Toxic workplace. Toxic managers and management. They don’t care about the employees. All they care about is work. They don’t trust employees. Lot of back-stabbing. They don’t even have a HR. Lot of employees are leaving the company due to the above reasons.
