      Pros

      Somehow management has been able to cultivate an environment where everyone is extremely motivated and focused on doing their best work possible, yet it still feels incredibly relaxed and laid back. I've never felt pressured by my superiors in any aspect of my job, I just really want to represent Paladin in the best light, because they've always done right by me.

      Pros

      Fair, honest people that know how to provide results for our clients. I'd heard good things about Paladin before I was hired and everything turned out to be true. The pay is great, benefits are solid and their training program i the best I've ever been in. The best thing is that you can tell management actually cares about both our well being and helping us succeed at our jobs. I couldn't be happier here.

      Pros

      Just about every aspect of Paladin has exceeded my expectations. The office and amenities are amazing and the company structure is impressively organized. I've been treated really well by management on a daily basis, and especially so when I've reached milestone accomplishments

      Nothing comes to mind. We're expected to work hard.
