PAC is overall good, but at sometimes Management do not see who runs the region

Very nice cross functional teams. Benefits are great!

Cons

Management chooses incompetent managers to run the region. No ethics followed by some managers and they just work towards their selfish goals for getting promoted. No work-life balance. Even when spoken, manager doesn't seem to be interested to know about employees well-being!

Pros

If you like process flow, learning about the electronics business to a certain degree, then this is the place you might like. Fairly stable in good economic times.

Cons

Lack of innovation, Japan controls marketing and product management. No real access to any product until it hits the marketplace. No real marketing presence to speak of.

Great brand & product. Non management employees very committed to the company. Had a history of looking out for long terms employees.

Cons

Company not run as well as you would think, very reactive not proactive resulting in poor planning. Too many changes with no one really knowing what is going on.
