Pros
Corporate so everything is laid out as far as how they want you to do your job.
Cons
Managers don't appreciate staff until they are gone. Not really any chance for a raise aside from the $0.11 yearly cost of living raise. Only a couple options for lenses, can't really use your skill as an optician. They REALLY push the poly lenses because they are cheap to make, but they are really not the best option for most people.
