Their employee reviews each year require you to “go above and beyond” so not a single employee had a high score according to our management team. Management team at my location had one member that would get onto workers for interacting with the cats even if the store was empty. Then a few minutes later they’d be seen petting the cats. One time they yelled at me while I was speaking with a customer because they couldn’t see the customer behind a shelf and assumed I was petting the cats, they did not apologize.

Typical corporate environment- 3-5 year upper management turnovers (self and/or forced) resulting in lack of long term business strategy and/or consistency in a highly competitive sector.
