Honestly? Not much. I was only there for a couple of weeks and left because it was so awful.
Cons
Literally zero training. We were enormously understaffed, the whole 'basket' system for stocking was messy. I was left alone in the store on my third day because it was month end and they had to go use their budget at the store. Awful. Also, it's 2026. No one cares about tattoos and piercings! I wasn't told in my interview that I couldn't have piercings. I didn't hide them; I have a nose ring, septum, vertical labret, multiple ear piercings. I was only told on my second shift that I had to cover them or take them out.
