-Company culture is superb, everyone is friendly and willing to work with you -Management genuinely seems to care about their employees and will go the extra mile to make things work -Competitive Pay -Flexible Working Hours -Genuinely interesting and cutting edge work, mixed with maintaining older systems. It's a nice mix
Cons
-Some times slow to adapt -Mid-size business to Large-business growing pains -Lack of effective notice/ communication on some policy changes -Lack of clear explanations when requested from certain departments.
