There is no benefit to work for this company.

Cons

Pomerleau is the WORST company to work with. The benefit package they offer is very tempting. However, the work environment is awful. There is no proper training for new employees. I had 20 min training and they hired me as assistant project manager. All of a sudden, they asked me to schedule a $60M project. They gave me no feedback for improvment and fired me after 3 months! Pomerleau is the LAST place to work for.

These are definatly fake reviews. I have been here for 8 months and turnover has been very high. -Management don't treat staff well -Pension and benefits are mediocre -Work is not distributed fairly -Few people speak English well -Only French people get promoted -Poor company culture- everyone fears losing their job -The company values are just words on a wall
