Cons

Incompetent management would be an understatement, no hours because they keep losing contracts and can't secure new ones, you are viewed as totally disposable and treated like garbage

Viscious and Irresponsible

Pros

If you don't like your boss breathing over your shoulders. Paid on time. (Tedious) Web application for tracking hours worked.

Cons

Irresponsible management that you won't have contact with for more than 3+ weeks at a time. Will not respond to emails and then ask you why you haven't done task when you've been trying to contact them. Will make up reasons to terminate - BE WARY OF THIS. Expects you to work many hours for FREE because they are over budget. Poor budgeting skills.

You can plan your own schedule

Cons

Incompetent brown nosing management, employees treated like "know-nothing" morons, baseless distrust, they'll suddenly fire you but not tell you until you notice there is no work listed in your online reporting system, absolutely horrible and humiliating experience, and I warn anyone against even thinking about applying for work with this nasty company
