      - good experience for healthcare students - interacting with patients - 12 hr shifts

      Cons

      -anti-union, fire employees who express interest in unionizing -do not care about patient safety, the number one thing is always profit -cliquey, insubordinate staff -upper management very disorganized -so much more, just run!

      - Flexible schedule - Good way to see if you like healthcare - Easy to get time off - Looks good on resume (Lots of responsibility for what is a driving job)

      - Low pay for given responsibility - Always being watched, low trust culture - Management can be heavy handed - Inconsistent enforcement of rules and some arbitrary rules - No overtime
