      Great springboard into technical stage and theatre, but not fertile ground if looking for a career.

      Very dynamic environment filled with unique challenges - no one day is like another. Exposure to all of the latest equipment used for theatre, stage and film/video. Great learning opportunities with an emphasis on team building and solid communication.

      Non-competative salary. You will likely be earning about 40% less that your counterparts at a competing company.

      Pros

      In terms of IT, they're doing good because when we work as a production they give us devices that could scan the boxes of shoes and know where its belong to win the roofs Another thing is there is a robot Working inside that factory warehouse and make the job easier for us. The warehouse has a long distance to walk inside and that's keep me flexible person and fit and active as well as developing my skills especially in communication with people and make it easy to understand and deal with them

      Cons

      I tried to reach out to the HR office to let them know that I am studying cybersecurity and I'm looking for a role but they told me we have no these options to upgrade your employee.
