Pros
I feel I have the trust of my managers, they form a very open and competent team (they are mostly women which shows a very progressive culture). Relaxed and friendly atmosphere. Modern store, very bright and zen (for a big surface grocery store anyway). Conditions are good, health care, salary is ok (14$/h).
Cons
Had to threaten to leave to get a ok salary. Sometimes feels like I'm babysitting since I'm working mostly with students. The store don't recycle which is unacceptable in 2017. The management isn't strict enough on the staff and so they let some rotten apple get away with contagious laziness and bad attitude towards coworkers and customers.
