Pros

Well-managed company overall, great people. Quality of middle management varies, but they are mostly fantastic. Responsible company, great health and safety record.

Cons

Poor employee recognition. Not enough attention paid to support personnel, it's all about sales. This creates a stressful and demanding environment at the office. Few opportunities for advancement.
