Pros

Fun role portrayed from a sales aspect.

Cons

Unorganized, misguided training, unrealistic expectations that aren’t mentioned until it’s too late. Upper management has no care for employees and could care less about what the markets need. Service ends up being sacrificed for “budget”, which is CONSTANTLY an issue for every market.

-Can enjoy the job when things are scheduled properly -Can get a lot of easy hours -Can have fun and interesting days of work

Cons

-Can get really long days of work that feel like they will never end - Sometimes they will overwork there crew leads on very busy days -Sometimes there are no hours in the summer
