      Pros

      -Amazing environment, where you don't feel pressure by kpi. But rather you want to contribute for a greater goals -Leadership is very transparent, management really care about your wellbeing. Which is rare these days. -Great insurance and benefits, 100% covered by employer -Free beverages, tho i need to cut back on caffeine lol -Summer bash was lit, thx to the phenomenal HR department. I'm looking forward to the year-end party ;) -3@7 event on Thursdays where everyone can unwind and socialize

      Cons

      -Onboarding can sometimes be confusing for new employee -There's alot of unexpected things happening on the job so prepare yourself.

      Pros

      - The CEO and founder of the company is an incredibly intelligent person in his way of organizing his business. He has understood the interest of a management which empowers its employees, and he is at the forefront modern operating methods. - The resulting human resources management is very clear, precise, fair, and takes into account the well-being of each employee. There is a real Team Building effort, which is working. Everyone knows their job, and works for results as a team. - A good working atmosphere, with respect, a dynamic and warm team. - Significant social benefits (full medical coverage), substantial bonus with strong growth with very long-term objectives. - Flexible worktime.

      Cons

      - No notable drawbacks - Long time workweek (40hrs) - Not just anyone can access it, the desired profile is to be passionate about electronic products, to have at heart to test and dissect product tests. Requires a developed technical background, and scientific logic.
