Pros

Railbookers Group offers an exceptional and highly structured training program that sets employees up for success from day one. Even after graduation, trainers and managers remain actively involved, providing ongoing support, coaching, and guidance to help employees build confidence and excel in their roles. The collaboration between departments is outstanding, and the culture is built on professionalism, respect, and a genuine commitment to helping colleagues grow and succeed. While the environment is fast-paced and comes with the challenges that naturally accompany ambitious growth, hard work and results are recognized and rewarded. Railbookers offers an impressive collection of products that employees can genuinely believe in and promote with confidence. There is also a strong commitment to promoting from within, creating meaningful opportunities for career advancement. As a fully remote organization, Railbookers Group has built an incredibly connected culture through regional offsite training sessions, FAM trips, and an annual global summit, making it easy to build strong relationships with colleagues despite working remotely. Combined with excellent health benefits and retirement savings programs, Railbookers Group provides employees with the tools, resources, recognition, and support needed to thrive professionally. The company has played a significant role in helping me develop my skills and advance my career to a new level.

Cons

It's hard to think of any cons.

Pros

Well compensated. Better than any other travel company I have worked for. Work from home for best home/work life balance. A true "we are a family" culture. Room to grow and limitless opportunities. Chances to win free trips and other incentives.

Cons

Currently terrible health and medical benefits for Canadians. However, this is already being worked on for improvement.
