Pros

Decent pay rate with quarterly raises and opportunities to advance. Very good place to learn a specific skill set.

Cons

Long hours, vigorous workload, outdated/worn out equipment, and an unrealistic amount of safety rules and regulations with management always trying to set you up for violations.

Pros

* Lots and lots and lots of overtime

Cons

If its monday, you better watch out, you may get hit with a chair. Throws tantrums when upset, curses at the help and doesn't care about you enough to even urinate on you if you were on fire, just as long as your there on your shift, and also there on your off days. Almost always expected to be on call or at work, will work you from 5am until 10pm at night. Harassment is a regular issue, and dont even think about applying if your not of caucasian color, and I'm white. I've seen a few well qualified young black men come in for interviews, only to see others hired that ended up not even showing up for orientation. People constantly quiting, creating extra work load on the remaining staff. Dont be surprised if you have to work 20 days straight at times. No time off hardly Harrassment Rude/offensive jokes are a norm (Alot of racial jokes) If you want to go up the ladder, you will probably have to go up north Your not paid for what you put up with
