- Company culture is great with a high emphasis on safety - Great people to work with - Company is making a lot of positive internal changes

Cons

- Sometimes there is a lack of communication. This comes with working at a larger organization and I think some of the internal changes will help resolve some of those issues.

At this specific job site it’s awesome. Other job sites are not as good at retaining employees. This job site has amazing leadership and the work home life ratio is phenomenal. The pay is alright, could be better but you can’t find a work atmosphere any better than this

Cons

Pay isn’t as good. Other job sites don’t care about you if you travel.
