Pros

-Some good people worked there (but they eventually leave) -CEO is a nice person and represents the company well than it really is. -"Growth"

Cons

-Suffered a lot of mental health issues while working here - there is just too much work and the management keeps asking you to do many new tasks/projects while you have many projects/work on the go. Very hard to balance family/personal life. -Constantly working: whether its early morning, night and weekend. It is actually expected from your manager and management to work after hours and on weekends. If you don't you will fall severely behind and get many escalated issues and eventually belittled. -Micromanagement: my direct managers in my department were emailing as late as midnight everyday(expecting you to respond)! -Not enough people in every department: every single department is understaffed. Also, due to the harsh nature of management we always have to throw other departments under the bus (it can take forever for other departments to respond to you and pretty much you have suck up to get what you want) -Very disorganized: my team didn't have many clear cut lines on who take which job, which leads to uneven distribution of work (no one is willing to help as well) If you have no life outside of work, this place is greatly suitable for you.

Pros

you can make good money.

Cons

Management makes new hires provide Glassdoor reviews while with them so the truth is not heard. HR is non existent for the employee. There is no work life balance and Bullying and micromanagement are a daily routine. It comes from the top down and is called PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT. Run away from this company.

Pros

A pro to working here? They pay bi weekly? There are no pros

Cons

Toxic work environment, Management and training encourages team members to out right lie to customers to increase sales and forces high pressure sales tactics. You are encouraged to find identify easy target customers, and talk them into a never ending rental agreement that'll lien their house and cost them 2-3 times more in the long run. If you have any ethics at all, and don't sell their rental scam, they will find a way to get rid of you. When you start, they make you sign a huge document promising not to break competition laws, then coach on how to get around it, This company is slime and I couldn't get out of there fast enough.
