      Pros

      Best co-workers I've ever had!

      Cons

      A few years ago, the founder ceded the company to his son and since then, it's going downwards. The new CEO doesn't listen to anybody and declares war to whoever says he's wrong. The employees used to be well trained for a specific job but now, they are asked to be more and more versatile without proper training. While the stores are barely functionnal because of the lack of staff, people are leaving because they are only given one shift a month.

      The ambience was great and the people were friendly

      Cons

      At the beginning until the last day of work, I didn't really knew if I was a temporary or permanent employee. In many of my work schedules it was written ''temporary''. I asked many times why, because I was hired to be permanent, not temporary. They said it was an error, but at the end of three months (the time of temporary employees), they fired me because ''I asked too many hours of work''

      Still a bookstore

      Pros

      One of the survivors in the bookstore biz. 30 % discount to employees. Very flexible schedules for students. Very strong and structured management.

      Cons

      Very top-down management style. No commission for floor staff. You got to punch your card a thousand time a day!
