Unfortunately, the CEO has consistently demonstrated a lack of regard for the well-being and contributions of employees. Communication is only top-down, with little room for feedback or dialogue. The CEO of this company lacks the leadership skills and experience necessary to run a professional organization. Having never held a real job outside of his own ventures, there is a clear disconnect between his perception of leadership and the reality of managing people. He regularly belittle employees, dismiss contributions, and foster a toxic environment where fear, not respect, drives performance. Recognition is rare, micromanagement is constant, and constructive feedback is often met with hostility or sarcasm.
