Pros

Remote and some really nice colleagues.

Cons

There is a clear lack of leadership and it affects many aspects of the organization. Even though they give the impression of being open to dialogue they are not good at communicating or receptive to feedback. They place strong emphasis on portraying themselves as environmentally friendly, mostly to employees i'd say, but in practice, it's very clear that they are not.

Pros

- Flexibility to work from anywhere - Seasonal trip with the whole crew, but it's mainly for employee branding

Cons

- Limited learning and skill development - All employees have a lot of commitment, but little direction - Management issues stay hidden behind a very forced, loud culture - They harp on the value of feedback, but have no working system for following up and evaluating

Pros

Really flexible. Remote. Lots of training. Very collaborative

Cons

Seasonal. Can get quite repetitive but didn’t notice it too much as a temporary positoon
