Pros

decent pay and benefits, had remote work

Cons

Terrible executive leadership, if you can even call it that, which led to poor morale, managers being promoted who never should’ve been in those positions in the first place

Pros

You get the usual benefits with a public company like stock purchases, and extended health

Cons

Terrible culture in marketing and sales. The company has promoted way too many mediocre people who don’t know basic things into Snr Director and VP positions. Its depressing watching them struggle with basic analytics

Great product. Great customer retention, Great investment back in the system. Great uptime, great trust from management, forward thinking on diversity. Great strategy going forward

Cons

The company is very channel focused which is a good thing, however some territories have better lead flow than others. If you're in a territory with bad lead flow it is tough to overcome.
